Earning Proposition

K Dollar Program members are required to provide their eligible membership number at the time of order placement for K Points earning. Date back earning will not be accommodated.
Only fitness service is applicable for K Dollar reward at Humansa Physio & Fitness.
Only glasses frame, glasses lens, contact lens, contact lens solution and eye health check-up plans are applicable for K Dollar reward at Humansa Eye Centre.
K Dollar rewards for Humansa Postnatal Journey will be distributed on the check-in day. K Dollar Program members are required to scan a QR Code to redeem corresponding K Dollar rewards within the validity period. The QR Code will not be reissued if it is overdue, lost, stolen or damaged.
Corresponding K Dollar will be credited to your membership account within 6 weeks.
In case of any disputes, MPNCL and Humansa Health Ltd. reserve the right of final decision.
The Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions is provided for reference only. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
