Earning Proposition

1. All the offers cannot be taken in conjunction with hotel dining programme or the other loyalty programmes, offers/promotions.
2. K Dollar Program members are required to present their eligible e-membership card or QR code from the app at the time of payment for K Dollars earning. Date back earning will not be accommodated.
3. Corresponding K Dollars will be credited to your membership account within 2 to 3 working days.
4. K Dollar earning is not eligible for retail outlet charges, service charges, gratuities, gift certificates/gift cards, cash vouchers, point/award redemptions, meeting or event charges, charges settled by a company or organization, charged billed to a guest room/folio, deposit payment, and for services provided by outside vendors.
5. Club at The Hyatt membership discount is not eligible for earning K Dollars for whole bill.
6. In case of any disputes, MPNCL and Grand Hyatt Hong Kong reserve the right of final decision.
7. The Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions is provided for reference only. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
