Our founder travelled across Taiwan, seeking to recreate the dishes that feel like home—fragrant braised pork rice, crispy popcorn chicken, and heart-warming beef noodles. Since opening our first eatery in Tsuen Wan in 2019, we’ve stayed true to our roots: preparing every meal fresh each day, sourcing top-quality ingredients directly from Taiwan, and never compromising on taste—even through the toughest times.
