Shaz Confections started in 2017 as a small cake café in HK, known for one thing — crepe cakes. From the very beginning, every cake was handcrafted with care, layer by layer, to create more than just dessert — to create something memorable.
Over the years, our menu has grown to include more cakes and cookies inspired by the flavours we love — like Pandan Coconut, Rose Lychee, and Ondeh Ondeh — alongside customer favourites like Rose Pistachio. We now offer cream cakes, signature pandan cakes, and freshly baked Singapore cookies.
But what’s never changed is why we do what we do.
We believe that cakes have the power to bring people together, to celebrate, to comfort — to create moments that matter.
